5D Earth Speaks, operated by Jodie Foster, offers the following types of services and products:

• Private one-on-one coaching and energy sessions
• Group coaching programs, courses, and workshops
• Live and recorded classes, seminars, and webinars
• Channeled readings and intuitive sessions
• Membership or community access (where applicable)

All services are offered for personal growth, educational, and spiritual development purposes only.

No Refund Policy

• Digital products — courses, programs, workbooks, audio files, video content, guides, and any downloadable materials
• Private 1:1 sessions — coaching sessions, energy sessions, channeled readings, and all personal appointments
• Group programs & courses — live or recorded group coaching, cohort-based programs, and multi-session packages
• Workshops & intensives — single or multi-day workshops, online events, and live sessions
• Memberships & subscriptions — any recurring or one-time membership access
• Packages & bundles — any combination offering regardless of whether partial use has occurred

By completing your purchase, you expressly acknowledge and agree that no refund will be issued under any circumstances, including dissatisfaction with results, inability to attend, change of mind, or personal circumstances.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Because our services are time- and energy-intensive, the following policies apply:

• Private sessions: You may request to reschedule a 1:1 session with a minimum of 48 hours' advance notice. Rescheduling requests made with less than 48 hours' notice, or failure to attend a scheduled session, will result in the session being forfeited. No refund will be issued.
• Group programs & workshops: Cancellations of enrollment in group programs or workshops do not qualify for a refund. In the event that 5D Earth Speaks cancels a scheduled event, participants will receive access to a recording or a credit toward a future offering of equal value.

Rescheduling is a courtesy, not a guarantee, and is subject to calendar availability.

Payment & Billing

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Payment is due in full at the time of purchase unless a payment plan has been expressly offered and agreed upon.

For payment plan arrangements:

• You authorize 5D Earth Speaks to charge the agreed installment amounts on the scheduled dates
• Missed or failed payments do not suspend or cancel your payment obligation
• Failure to complete payment plan installments may result in suspension of access and/or referral to collections
• Entering a payment plan does not entitle you to a refund for payments already made

Chargebacks or payment disputes filed with your bank or credit card company in lieu of honoring these terms are considered a breach of this agreement. 5D Earth Speaks reserves the right to pursue all available legal remedies to recover funds, including collection of chargeback fees.

5D Earth Speaks holds client information and session content in strict confidence. Likewise, clients are expected to honor the confidentiality of group programs by not sharing the personal disclosures or experiences of other participants outside of the group container.

Code of Conduct

All participants in group programs, workshops, and community spaces are expected to engage with respect, integrity, and care for others. 5D Earth Speaks reserves the right to remove any participant from a program or community for behavior deemed disruptive, harmful, or disrespectful — without refund.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, 5D Earth Speaks, its owner, affiliates, and contractors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this website, participation in any program, or use of any product or service.

Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product or service in question.
